Biometric Attendance Management System: A University Perspective
Employees working in the workplace are electronically monitored in this digital age of globalization and digitization. Managing attendance by old-style methods is a tedious job putting signatures on attendance registers these days. Universities working under the influence of digitization have adopted bio metric attendance management systems. This study is an attempt to study the advantages and disadvantages of a bio metric attendance management system installed in the context of a university. The convenience research approach was employed as a research design to carry this research. It is qualitative research, and the data gathering gadget was the observation and discussion method. Researchers observed bio metric attendance management system operation critically and minutely for around two months and noted various modes and behaviors drawing outcomes. Findings displayed that the bio metric attendance management system has certain advantages and disadvantages. Advantages encompassed real-time in and out tracking, easy attendance record maintenance, work performance improvement, and controlling employee absenteeism. Conversely, disadvantages comprised job stress, disturbance due to load shedding of electricity, fear of salary deduction, and delay reaching to classes.

Anxiety and Academic Performance of Undergraduate University Students
Aim of the study was to find out the relationship between anxiety with academic performance of undergraduate university students. The study was conducted for the objectives; (i) to find out the anxiety level of undergraduate university students. (ii) to identify the level of achievement scores (GPA) and co-curricular activities of undergraduate university students, and (iii) to find out the relationship between anxiety and academic performance of undergraduate university students. A sample of 408, including 195 male and 213 female 2nd-semester undergraduate BS students from 12 different departments out of 4 faculties of the University of the Sargodha, taking 34 students from each department, were selected through multistage random sampling techniques. Two instruments, anxiety scale and performance checklists, were developed to collect data from students. Research instruments were validated through experts' opinions, pilot testing was done, and the reliability coefficient Cronbach Alpha value for the anxiety scale was .832. Frequencies, mean, standard deviation, t-tests and Pearson correlation were used for data analysis. There was a weak and negative relationship between anxiety and achievement scores of undergraduate university students whereas. But there was a significant but weak and negative relationship between anxiety and achievement scores and co-curricular activities of undergraduate university students. So it is recommended that teachers of the university may integrate activities in their classroom teaching to keep students involved and reduce anxiety.

An Investigation into the Effectiveness of Metacognitive Skills Development Training at University Level
This was an experimental study that has been conducted while taking BS Physics students from a Public sector university based in Lahore. The independent variable for the study was the Metacognitive skills development strategy (Thinking Aloud) enhanced with Cooperative Learning whereas the students' Metacognitive skills were the dependent variable. The sample (two groups, comprising 35 students in each) for the study has been selected with the help of Convenient Sampling. One of them was the experimental whereas the other was a controlled group. The Quasi-Experimental nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used for the conduction of this research. The researcher used a performance test named "Metacognitive Skills Assessment Tool" (MSAT) adapted from (Ali, Siddiqui, & Tatlah, 2020) for the data collection. The results show that the intervention has a
considerable impact on the development of university students' metacognitive abilities.

The researchers aimed to survey university students. Examining the interplay between anxiety, mental wellness, and happiness, this research used an overall correlational methodology. Three hundred individuals, comprising both undergraduates and graduates, were selected from a variety of schools using a purposive sampling approach. The collected data was sorted and evaluated using SPSS (26). There was a negative link between interacting anxiety and both cognitive health and life happiness, according to the findings of the correlational analysis. On the other side, living a fulfilled life was positively correlated with psychological well-being. Exploring the Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing Teachers' Competencies: A Comprehensive Review
This study was conducted to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing the teachers' competencies. This was a theoretical study in nature conducted while using the secondary data collected from the available books, journals, and dissertations. The results revealed that AI has great potential to enhance teachers' competencies while helping them design relevant educational content aligned with learning objectives and providing feedback on their instructional strategies and practices. It also allowed to automate the student attendance and grading on the teacher's side. It will also assist the teachers in selecting suitable strategies and teaching aids for aiding a wide variety of students including those with special needs. Yet, it is also important to underscore that AI ought to act in support of and not replace with machine algorithms infallible virtues inherent to human education: sympathy; a creative spark; and the ability to individually adapt for each student.
